Introducing Bar Rufus

Bar Rufus is Rand Tower Hotel’s first floor lobby bar and restaurant. Concepted by acclaimed Minneapolis chef, Daniel del Prado, Bar Rufus is the first of three culinary concepts by del Prado within the hotel. 

Named in honor of Rufus Rand, the multi-faceted patriarch of the Rand Tower Hotel, Bar Rufus features classic French bistro dishes including French Onion soup with gruyere and bone marrow, selections of classic French tartines with lobster and beef tartare, and the Le MacDo cheeseburger with shaved white onion, American cheese, and whole grain mustard.
